目的 建立光化学诱导小鼠急性脑梗塞模型。方法 采用 5因素 4水平正交试验建立光化学诱导小鼠急性脑梗塞模型的最佳实验条件。结果 最佳实验条件为 :照射时间 5min、照射强度为 1Lx、玫瑰红剂量 10 0mg kg、伊文思蓝剂量 10 0mg kg、处死时间 4h。结论 通过结果验证 ,证明该模型是成立的
Objective To establish a photochemical induced acute cerebral infarction model in mice. Methods The optimal experimental conditions for photochemical induction of acute cerebral infarction in mice were established by 5-factor, 4-level orthogonal experiment. Results The best experimental conditions were: irradiation time 5 min, irradiation intensity 1 Lx, rose red dose 10 0 mg kg, Evans blue dose 10 0 mg kg, and sacrifice time 4 h. Conclusions The results show that the model is validated
