以ZL107铝合金阀体为对象,对振动铸造时机进行理论研究,然后根据正交试验法,选用不同振动铸造时机下的铸件与普通金属型铸件进行对比,从ZL107铝合金阀体铸件的金相组织、力学性能等方面,综合分析振动铸造时机对铸件质量的影响。通过研究表明:浇注开始进行振动更有利于细化晶粒,即振动细化的最佳时期在金属液凝固的早期,能够大大提高铸件的力学性能。并得到一个最佳振动时机下的工艺参数组合:即浇注前振动25 s,浇注中振动9 s,凝固时振动100 s。
ZL107 aluminum alloy valve body is taken as an object to study the timing of vibration casting. According to the orthogonal test method, the castings with different vibration casting timing are compared with the common metal castings. From the microstructure of ZL107 aluminum alloy castings, Organization, mechanical properties and other aspects, a comprehensive analysis of the timing of vibration casting casting quality impact. Through the study shows that: the beginning of the casting vibration is more conducive to grain refinement, that is, the best period of vibration refinement in the early liquid metal solidification, can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the casting. And get a best vibration timing of the process parameters combination: that before casting vibration 25s, pouring vibration 9s, solidification vibration 100s.
