为了配合中国科学院知识创新三期的部署,以调查问卷的形式对中国科学院科技期刊编辑队伍的现状进行了调查。内容包括编辑队伍的年龄结构、知识结构和职称结构;结合运行方式、出版页码、收稿量和编辑部人员编制情况,对编辑的劳动强度做了分析。调查结果表明:编辑队伍的知识结构与职称结构明显不相称,存在学历高、职级低、待遇低的现象;编辑的劳动强度差异很大,一些编辑的劳动强度过大;编辑人员培训、出国、提升的机会极少;无论是从全院编辑队伍的整体上、还是从各编辑部的局部来看,编辑人员都被严重地边缘化。针对编辑队伍的现状和问题提出了一些建议。
In order to cope with the deployment of Knowledge Innovation Phase III of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the status quo of editorial teams of Chinese Sci-tech periodicals was investigated in the form of questionnaires. The content includes the age structure, knowledge structure and professional title structure of the editorial team. The author analyzes the labor intensity of the editors based on the operation mode, the published page numbers, the received manuscripts and the compilation staff. The results of the investigation show that there is obviously disproportion between the structure of knowledge and the structure of professional title of the editorial staff, which results in the problems of high education level, low rank and low treatment; the labor intensity of editors varies greatly and the labor intensity of some editors is too large; the editors’ training, There is very little chance of improvement; editors are severely marginalized, either from the overall editorial board of the entire hospital or from the local parts of the editorial boards. Some suggestions have been put forward on the status quo and problems of the editorial team.
