维护职工权益本是企业工会基本职责,但现实中许多企业工会维护职工合法权益工作效果并不理想。企业经营者与职工矛盾和纠纷不断,忽视以至侵犯职工合法权益的现象时有发生。企业工会在法治时代要有效地维护职工合法权益,以维持其自身存在的合理性,应高举维权旗帜,创新维权方式,在加大维权工作力度的同时,进行主动、科学、依法维权,力争在构建和谐劳动关系、和谐企业中发挥应有的作用。
