对于企业来说,预算管理在成本控制中发挥着至关重要的作用,与此同时,成本控制又是每个企业预算管理工作中的关键环节。企业在编制成本预算制度时,必须计划和协调好预算管理中的成本控制问题,如此一来,才能促进企业的长远发展,是企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。本文以企业的成本控制为切入点,介绍了我国企业预算管理中的成本控制现状,最后就如何进一步完善企业预算管理中的成本控制提出了几点建议,以期对我国企业做好预算管理中的成本控制工作有所裨益。
