在中职校无门槛的入学背景下,有的学生是带着“伤病”来到中职校的,有的学生痴迷网络,有的学生耐挫能力差,有的学生孤僻逆反,这些都给班级管理工作增加了难度,职业中学班主任“苦不堪言”。提出“学生成长导师制”的全员育人模式,对于职业学校的班级管理无异于雪中送炭,起到春雨润无声的作用,从根源上助班主任一臂之力。
