目的 探讨脂肝泰胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型 ,实验分为模型组、脂肝泰高剂量组、脂肝泰低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量脂肝泰和东宝肝泰进行干预后测定各组大鼠血清、肝组织中谷胱甘肽 (GSH)的含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PΧ)的活性。结果 各组大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;除正常与脂低组、正常与脂高组、脂低与脂高组的比较外 ,其他各组间的两两比较 ,血清及肝组织中GSH的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。各组大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH -PX的活性间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;除正常与脂高组外 ,其他各组间的两两比较 ,血清及肝组织中GSH -PX的活性间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 脂肝泰胶囊可提高大鼠血清、肝组织中GSH的含量和GSH -PΧ的活性 ,提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Zhigantai capsule in treating fatty liver with hyperlipidemia. Methods Fatty liver rats were fed with a high-fat diet. The rats were divided into model group, high-fat group, Zhigantai low-dose group, Dongbaogantai control group and normal control group. The levels of glutathione (GSH) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in the serum and liver tissue of rats in each group were determined after intervention with high and low doses of ZhiGanTai and DongbaoGantai. Results The contents of GSH in serum and liver of rats in each group were significantly different (P <0 05). In addition to the normal and lipid-low group, normal and lipid-high group, , Any pairwise comparisons between other groups, the serum and liver GSH levels were significantly different (P <0 05). Serum and liver tissue in each group of GSH-PX activity between the differences were significant (P <0.01); in addition to the normal and fat group, the other groups of two to one comparison, serum and liver tissue There was a significant difference in the activity of GSH-PX (P <0.01). Conclusion Zhigantai capsule can increase GSH content and GSH-PX activity in serum and liver of rats, and improve the body’s antioxidant capacity.
