针对长输管道泄漏抢修的特点,利用管道局部挤压的方法,能够在短时间内最大限度地减少或防止油品泄漏危害。基于管道塑性变形理论和能量守恒原理,结合“Bow-tie”管道塑性变形计算模型,建立了管道径向载荷作用下的挤压变形模型,对管道挤压和管内泄漏余压作用下的塑性变形进行分析计算。得到了不同管径管道挤压所需载荷量,利用非线性拟合得到了挤压载荷的分布数据。分析表明:管道挤压载荷随管径、屈服应力的变化,呈现S形递增。该模型可以确定不同管道的挤压变形载荷,为管道挤压抢修提供理论和实践依据。
For the long-distance pipeline leak repair features, the use of local pipe extrusion method, in a short period of time to minimize or prevent the hazards of oil leakage. Based on the theory of plastic deformation of pipe and the principle of conservation of energy, combined with the calculation model of plastic deformation of “Bow-tie” pipe, the extrusion deformation model of pipe under radial load was established. Plastic deformation analysis and calculation. The load of pipe extrusion with different diameters was obtained, and the distribution data of extrusion load was obtained by nonlinear fitting. The analysis shows that the pipe extrusion load increases with S-shape as the pipe diameter and yield stress change. The model can determine the extrusion deformation load of different pipelines, and provide theoretical and practical basis for pipeline extrusion repair.
