Under the leadership of the party, the people’s judicial work has been continuously handed in and kept growing in strength and development. At present, the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been basically established. The people’s court deputies at all levels unanimously held that, as a judicial organ, people’s courts should make greater contribution by closely relying on the leadership of the party during the process of promoting the legal construction of socialism.
