漂蓝6B(ECAB)是一种有实用价值的显色剂。我们曾报道了ECAB在表面活性剂存在下能与Cu、Cr、Mn、Ni和Co等金属离子发生显色反应,并应用于实际样品测定。我们发现,Ti与ECAB在CTMAB存在下,能形成一种紫红色稳定的络合物。本文研究了该三元络合物的最佳形成条件,大部分常见离子不干扰钛的测定,方法用于合金铸铁、合金钢和铝合金中微量钛的测定,获得满意的结果。
Drift blue 6B (ECAB) is a practical color developer. We have reported that ECAB can react with metal ions such as Cu, Cr, Mn, Ni and Co in the presence of surfactants to develop a colorimetric reaction with real samples. We found that Ti and ECAB form a purple-stable complex in the presence of CTMAB. In this paper, the optimum conditions for the formation of ternary complexes were studied. Most of the common ions did not interfere with the determination of titanium. The method was applied to the determination of trace titanium in alloy cast iron, alloy steel and aluminum alloy, and satisfactory results were obtained.
