严格党的组织生活,是党章规定的一项重要制度,是加强对党员教育管理和监督,促进党员发挥先锋模范作用的重要保证,也是加强党的建设的重要内容。本文就目前基层党组织生活中存在的及时性、思想性、政治性、严肃性和原则性以及基层党的组织生活中难以开展切实有效的批评和自我批评等几个方面的问题,作了较为详尽地阐述,同时也从理论的高度并结合实际指出了造成上述问题的原因及解决的对策。本文具有理论性和实际性兼强的特点,可供各级党组织在加强基层党组织生活时参考与借鉴。
Strict organizational life of the party is an important system stipulated in the party constitution. It is an important guarantee for strengthening education and supervision over party members and for promoting party members to exert their vanguard and exemplary role. It is also an important part of strengthening party building. This article made a more detailed explanation on the current problems in the life of grass-roots party organizations such as timeliness, ideological nature, political nature, seriousness and principle, as well as the difficulties in carrying out practical and effective criticism and self-criticism in the organizational life of grass-roots party organizations.
