根据人字齿轮均载传动的特点,提出了人字齿轮承载接触分析的方法.首先,通过有限元法计算得到齿面柔度矩阵和轴变形产生的附加柔度矩阵,将两者叠加获得人字齿轮系统的齿面法向柔度矩阵.其次,将有限元、柔度矩阵、数学规划和齿轮(一般为小轮)的轴向移动结合在一起,计算得到人字齿轮副的承载啮合过程.最后,以一对试验人字齿轮为例,通过对齿面轻载印痕和承载传动误差的比较,结果验证了所提出的人字齿轮承载接触分析方法的正确性.
