香椿是倍受我国人民喜爱的菜材兼用树种。其嫩芽鲜美可口,香味浓郁,营养丰富,是名贵佳肴。过去多零星栽植于房前屋后,由于管理粗放,产量低,椿芽上市晚,这种状况远不能满足市场的需要。为此,我们于1984年春开始对香椿进行了矮化栽培试验,使香椿提前采芽,多茬收获,在产量和经济效益上有较大幅度的提高,取得了较好的效果。现将通过试验总结出来的主要技术措施及体会介绍如下。 Toon is much used by our people’s favorite materials and tree species.
