为了进一步加强对师旅团政治工作和建设的研究,本刊从2008年第1期起,开设“师旅团政治工作”专栏,旨在从政治工作内容、形式和手段等方面刊登部队师旅团单位从自身特点出发开展政治工作的理性思考;还将采取访谈的形式,专访一些师旅团领导,谈谈如何结合实际做好单位政治工作的设想。本期编者采访了兰州军区某集团军五位师旅团领导,他们结合自身工作经历,就师旅团坚持统筹兼顾的根本方法,科学谋划和推进基层建设,谈了一些认识和感受。
