随着我国教育事业的不断发展,越来越多的人开始关注我国的教育发展情况。由于教师是教育发展的核心和主体,因此,教师的职业忠诚度是教育质量的关键和保障。但是,目前我国的高职院校高层次人才出现了忠诚度普遍下降的问题,因此,研究高职院校高层次人才忠诚度现状与策略就具有非常重要的意义。本文分析了高职院校高层次人才的人力资源特点和职业忠诚度现状,阐述了高职院校高层次人才忠诚度下降的原因,最后提出了提高高职院校教师职业忠诚度的一些措施。笔者通过本文的论述,一方面,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用,另一方面,希望能给相关工作人员提供一点参考借鉴的材料。
With the continuous development of education in our country, more and more people begin to pay attention to the educational development in our country. As teachers are the core and main body of education development, teacher’s professional loyalty is the key and guarantee of the quality of education. However, at present, there is a general loyalty decline in high-level talents in higher vocational colleges in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the current situation and tactics of high-level talent loyalty in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources and professional loyalty of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges, elaborates the reasons for the decline of high-level talent loyalty in higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward some measures to improve occupational loyalty of teachers in higher vocational colleges . The author through this article’s exposition, on the one hand, hoping to play a valuable role, on the other hand, I hope to give relevant staff a little reference for reference materials.
