创业投资企业是中国特有的企业形式,属于私募股权投资基金的范畴,是指对创业企业进行投资,在所投资企业发展相对成熟时,通过股权转让的手段实现资本收益的企业组织。但是,创业投资企业的运营性质决定企业经营方面会受多方面风险因素影响,其主要风险因素包括投资项目自身风险因素和创业企业风险因素两种。因此,创业投资公司应充分重视对风险管理机制的研究,建立涵盖风险评估、风险控制、经营保证以及资本退出四部分内容的风险管理机制,以满足企业实际经营需求。
Venture capital enterprises are China’s unique forms of enterprises and belong to the category of private equity investment funds. They refer to the enterprise organizations that invest in start-up enterprises and realize the capital gains through equity transfer when the invested enterprises are relatively mature. However, the nature of the operation of venture capital companies determines that the business operations will be affected by various risk factors. The main risk factors include the investment project’s own risk factors and the venture enterprise’s risk factors. Therefore, venture capital firms should give full attention to the research on risk management mechanism and establish a risk management mechanism covering the four parts of risk assessment, risk control, operation assurance and capital withdrawal to meet the actual business needs of enterprises.
