绿僵菌３个种（金龟子绿僵菌大孢变种、金龟子绿僵菌小孢变种和黄绿绿僵菌）在加有不同浓度硫酸铜的真菌琼脂培养基上产孢和生长结果表明：５０×１０－６和１００×１０－６浓度的铜，对３个种的生长无抑制作用，２５０×１０－６有轻微抑制，５００×１０－６显著抑制。但５０×１０－６～２５０×１０－６浓度的铜却能增加孢子数量和缩短产孢时间。
Metarhizium anisopliae 3 species (Metarhizium anisopliae variegatus, Metarhizium anisopliae Metarhizium anisopliae and Metarhizium anisopliae) with different concentrations of copper sulfate on fungal agar culture spores and growth results showed that: 50 × Copper concentrations of 10-6 and 100 × 10-6 did not inhibit the growth of the three species, but slight inhibition of 250 × 10-6 and significant inhibition of 500 × 10-6. But the concentration of 50 × 10-6 ~ 250 × 10-6 copper can increase the number of spores and shorten the sporulation time.
