目的:研究舒血宁注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果分析。方法:选取2014年2月~2015年2月我科室收治的诊断为缺血性脑卒中的患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给以丁苯酞软胶囊液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给以舒血宁注射液治疗,分析治疗结束后两组患者NIHSS评分情况、血清SOD水平、血清MDA水平、APTT变化、纤维蛋白原变化。结果:治疗1周、2周后,观察组NIHSS评分分别为(11.24±0.61、7.25±0.32)分,均明显优于对照组的(14.40±0.92、9.98±0.54)分。2观察组治疗1周、2周后血清SOD水平分别为(85.43±4.51、97.49±5.10)u/ml,均明显优于对照组的(72.97±3.71、80.64±4.27)u/ml。观察组治疗1周、2周后血清MDA水平分别为(5.67±0.59、3.95±0.26)nmol/ml,均明显优于对照组的(6.68±0.65、5.28±0.41)nmol/ml。4观察组治疗后APTT为41.62±1.68s,明显高于对照组36.30±1.35s。5观察组治疗后纤维蛋白原为4.59±0.97g/L,明显低于对照组9.49±1.25g/L。6治疗后观察组患者CT检查体积为(14.12±1.76)cm3,明显优于对照组(16.82±2.01)cm3。7观察组总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论:舒血宁注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中有较好的临床效果,联合用药方案疗效优于单用舒血宁,值得临床进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of shuxuening injection and butylphthalide soft capsule on ischemic stroke. Methods: Seventy patients diagnosed as ischemic stroke admitted to our department from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The control group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule liquid. The observation group was treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS score, serum SOD level, serum MDA level and APTT change were analyzed after the treatment Changes in fibrinogen. Results: After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS scores in the observation group were (11.24 ± 0.61 and 7.25 ± 0.32) points, which were significantly better than those in the control group (14.40 ± 0.92 and 9.98 ± 0.54). (2) After 2 weeks of treatment, the level of SOD in the observation group was (85.43 ± 4.51,97.49 ± 5.10) u / ml respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (72.97 ± 3.71,80.64 ± 4.27) u / ml. The levels of serum MDA in the observation group were (5.67 ± 0.59, 3.95 ± 0.26) nmol / ml after 1 week and 2 weeks, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (6.68 ± 0.65,5.28 ± 0.41) nmol / ml. The observation group APTT after treatment was 41.62 ± 1.68s, significantly higher than the control group 36.30 ± 1.35s. The fibrinogen in the observation group after treatment was 4.59 ± 0.97g / L, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.49 ± 1.25g / L). After treatment, the volume of CT examination in the observation group was (14.12 ± 1.76) cm3, which was significantly better than that in the control group (16.82 ± 2.01) cm3.7 The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Shuxuening injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke. The combination regimen is superior to shuxuening alone and deserves further study in clinic.
