本文报道~(125)Ⅰ标记的胃癌单抗一葡聚糖T-40-丝裂霉素C(MMC)结合物在荷人胃癌裸鼠体内的定位及分布的研究结果。在结合物制备及碘标记过程中,抗体活性无明显丧失,结合物能较好地定位于肿瘤组织,其体内分布状态与游离单抗基本相同。
This paper reports the results of the localization and distribution of ~(125)I-labeled gastric cancer monoclonal antibody-dextran T-40-mitomycin C (MMC) conjugates in nude mice bearing human gastric cancer. In the process of conjugate preparation and iodine labeling, there was no obvious loss of antibody activity, and the conjugates could be better localized in the tumor tissues, and their distribution in vivo was basically the same as that of the free monoclonal antibody.
