熄焦车是炼焦生产中将炭化室推出的炽热焦炭运送到熄焦塔熄焦后,再卸到焦台的设备,生产中需要两台交替使用.在2~#熄焦车需要进行大修时,考虑到以往大修所用时间较长,直接危及生产的顺利进行,因而决定在施工中采用网络计划技术,收到了事半功倍的效果.我们首先对熄焦车的大修工序进行了认真的分析和分解,据此设计出网络计划作业明细表(表1)
The coke quenching car is the equipment used to transfer the hot coke from the carbonization chamber to the coke quenching unit in the coke quenching tower after coke production. We first carefully analyzed and disassemble the overhaul procedures for quenching cars. Based on this, we designed a schedule of network planning operations (Table 1)
