增殖期细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）是出现于细胞周期Ｇ１期至Ｓ期的细胞核中的蛋白质，参与细胞核ＤＮＡ合成与细胞增殖。为了解中耳胆脂瘤表皮的增殖能力，应用抗ＰＣＮＡ抗体的免疫组化方法，观察了外耳道骨部皮肤（对照组）胆脂瘤表皮ＰＣＮＡ染色差异性及胆脂瘤表皮下炎性细胞?
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is a protein found in the nucleus of the G1 to S phase of the cell cycle, and is involved in the synthesis of DNA and cell proliferation in the nucleus. In order to understand the proliferative capacity of middle ear cholesteatoma epidermis, immunohistochemical staining with anti-PCNA antibody was used to observe the difference of PCNA staining of cholesteatoma epidermis and the inflammatory cells in epidermis of cholesteatoma in the external auditory meatus skin (control group).
