目的 研究供卵细胞浆移植对受精率、卵裂率及胚胎形态的影响。方法 回顾性分析 2 0 0 2～ 2 0 0 3年临床体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)多次失败后 ,接受供卵细胞浆移植获临床妊娠的 2例患者 ,比较细胞浆移植周期与以往失败的IVF ET周期的受精率、卵裂率及 1～ 2级胚胎比率。结果 两者的受精率、卵裂率及 1～ 2级胚胎比率差异均无显著性意义。结论 少量供卵细胞浆移植对受精率、卵裂率及胚胎形态无明显影响
Objective To study the effect of ovarian cytoplasm transplantation on fertilization rate, cleavage rate and embryo morphology. Methods Two cases of clinical pregnancy after oocyte cytoskeletal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed after IVF ET failed many times. The cycles of cytoplasm transplantation were compared with those of previous failures IVF ET cycle fertilization rate, cleavage rate and grade 1 or 2 embryo ratio. Results There was no significant difference in fertilization rate, cleavage rate and grade 1 to 2 embryo ratio. Conclusion Small amount of donor cytoplasm transplantation has no effect on fertilization rate, cleavage rate and embryo morphology
