To study the vibration of the high-speed rotary mechanical framed foundation, according to [1], it is mainly ensured that the maximum amplitude of the foundation (or converted into vibration speed) does not exceed the allowable limit under the action of the mechanical disturbance. If the vibration is calculated and the maximum amplitude (or vibration speed) of each point on the basis is within the allowable limit, it is considered that the foundation meets the requirement of vibration. Excessive amplitudes of the general foundation, in addition to the reasons of the machine or installation, are often caused by the resonance effect between the machine and the foundation. In order to avoid this dangerous resonance, the designer must deal with the situation where the rotational speed of the machine cannot be changed. Basic design
