作为逻辑学的一个分支学科,法律逻辑学是以研究人的思维形式之逻辑结构与逻辑规律,并在此基础上探讨法律领域中特有逻辑现象和逻辑问题的一门科学,但在教学过程中存在课程的技能性得不到发挥,轻视其涉法领域的特质,有脱离经验生活的取向等问题。为此,应从培养并保持学生对法律逻辑学的学习兴趣、重视涉法思维的训练、实现逻辑与经验相结合、重视任课教师的作用等方面来进行教学改革。
