本文对稳定期 COPD 患者通过右心导管评价其静息和运动试验中肺动脉高压的严重程度,并探讨后者与临床,肺功能、血气等检查资料的关系,为临床预测肺动脉高压提供理想的客观指标。89例稳定期 COPD 患者,平均年龄59±7岁。每例病人都经过静息仰卧和运动负荷情况下的诸项检查。根据肺动脉压高低分为两组①肺动脉高压组:静息仰卧位时平均肺动脉压(MPAP)≥20mmHg;②无肺动脉高压组:MPAP<20mmHg。
In this paper, we evaluated the severity of pulmonary hypertension in resting and exercise tests in patients with stable COPD by right heart catheterization, and discussed the relationship between the latter and clinical, pulmonary function, blood gas and other test data to provide ideal objective for clinical prediction of pulmonary hypertension index. 89 cases of stable COPD patients, the average age of 59 ± 7 years. Each patient was subjected to various checks under resting supine and exercise load. According to the level of pulmonary arterial pressure is divided into two groups ① pulmonary hypertension group: resting supine position average pulmonary arterial pressure (MPAP) ≥ 20mmHg; ② no pulmonary hypertension group: MPAP <20mmHg.
