介绍了基于Sagnac干涉法的光纤偏振模色散测量方案,给出了实验结果并对测量不确定度进行分析。包含因子k=2时,0.1 ps~1 ps范围内的相对扩展不确定度为10%,1 ps~100 ps范围内的相对扩展不确定度为2%。
The measurement scheme of optical fiber PMD based on Sagnac interferometry is introduced. The experimental results are given and the measurement uncertainty is analyzed. With a factor of k = 2, the relative expansion uncertainty in the 0.1 ps to 1 ps range is 10%, and the relative expansion uncertainty in the range of 1 ps to 100 ps is 2%.
