川东北工区自流井组中部以上地层岩性为紫红色泥岩、粉砂质泥岩、泥质粉砂岩与灰绿、浅绿色细砂岩、岩屑长石细砂岩、泥质粉砂岩、粉砂质泥岩不等厚互层等,局部夹浅绿色泥岩,适合使用泡沫钻钻进。近年来,泡沫钻在川东北地区得到了广泛应用,大大提高了机械钻速,但由于操作方法及钻井液材料的差异,造成部分井在泡沫钻后出现井下复杂情况,处理井下复杂耗费大量人力物力,造成经济损失。星1井是一口布置在四川盆地川中隆起北部斜坡带柏垭鼻状构造北西翼金星场高点的预探井,设计井深3720m,以上三叠统须家河组三段钙屑砂岩为主要目的层,兼顾须四段及自流井组。通过星1井一开泡沫钻卡钻后的处理情况,总结施工过程中的认识,得出泡沫钻施工的一些建议。

Calcareous sandstone above the Triassic Xujiahe Formation is the main target formation , Taking into account the four sections and artesian wells. Through the processing of the drilling of a foam drill in Star 1 well, the author summarizes the cognition in the construction process and draws some suggestions for the construction of foam drill.
