本实验应用高频喷射通气(HFJV)治疗伤寒内毒素所致兔脑水肿模型。结果表明,HFJV 能减轻实验家兔脑水肿之脑组织含水量;显著升高血PaO_2,降低PaCO_2;病理切片显示脑组织的病理变化减轻;而血pH值无影响。未观察到HFJV 的副作用。提示HFJV可 作为脑水肿综合治疗中的一种方法。
In this experiment, high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) was used to treat rabbit brain edema induced by endotoxin. The results showed that HFJV could reduce the brain tissue water content in experimental rabbit brain edema; PaO 2 was significantly elevated and PaCO 2 was decreased; Pathological sections showed that the pathological changes of brain tissue were reduced; and the blood pH had no effect. No side effects of HFJV were observed. It is suggested that HFJV can be used as a method for comprehensive treatment of cerebral edema.
