打造高效的初中数学课堂教学,主要的两个方面就是老师的教学质量和学生的学习质量,这是构成高效课堂的两个关键因素。再精彩的教学,没有调动起学生的积极性,也不能说是高效课堂;再努力的学习,没有老师的有效讲解,也不能算是一节高效的课堂教学。离开这两个基本元素提高教学质量都是空谈。因此,高效课堂是师生共建的,这二者缺一不可、互为共生,尤其是教师的教学。
Building effective middle school math classroom teaching is mainly about two aspects: the teaching quality of the teacher and the quality of the students’ learning, which are the two key factors that make the classroom efficient. And then wonderful teaching, did not mobilize the enthusiasm of students, can not be said to be efficient classroom; and then efforts to learn, without the teacher’s effective explanation, can not be regarded as an efficient classroom teaching. Leave these two basic elements to improve the quality of teaching are empty talk. Therefore, efficient classroom teachers and students to build, both of which are indispensable, mutual symbiosis, especially the teaching of teachers.
