1.带通液槽砂轮的构结带通液槽砂轮的结构如图1所示。注入到磨削液储存腔中的磨削液,在砂轮旋转离心力的作用下,通过各个通液孔和砂轮外圆上的槽浇入磨削区域。不管砂轮与工件的接触弧有多长,也能从砂轮内部往外注液,由此可达到充分的冷却,收到调整磨削刃分布和通液的双重效果。
1. The structure of the belt through the groove wheel The structure of the belt through the groove wheel shown in Figure 1. The grinding fluid injected into the grinding fluid storage cavity is poured into the grinding area through each of the through holes and the grooves on the outer circumference of the grinding wheel under the centrifugal force of the grinding wheel rotation. Irrespective of how long the contact arc between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is, it is also possible to inject liquid from inside the grinding wheel, thereby achieving sufficient cooling and receiving the dual effects of adjusting the distribution of the grinding edge and passing fluid.
