对太原重型机械(集团)有限公司钢轮厂七辊卧式车轮轧机调整参数进行了分析计算,确定了斜辊、车轮与主辊间的速度关系与斜辊中锥段处的截面曲线方程:计算了斜辊各部位、压紧辊与车轮的接触面积,以及斜辊各段的水平、垂直分力.此外,通过对车轮轧制过程中作用在各动态平衡体系力进行分析,得到了相互间各作用力.
The adjustment parameters of the seven-roller horizontal wheel mill of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. were analyzed and calculated, and the relationship between the speed of skew roll, the wheel and the main roll and the cross-section curve equation of the cone section in the skew roll were determined: The contact area of the inclined roller, the contact area between the pressure roller and the wheel, and the horizontal and vertical component of each section of the inclined roller are calculated.
