企业新闻,有人称为一厂、一店、一品的报道,在计划经济的年代,在各种新闻媒体上大量出现。企业要通过媒介的宣传,扩大自己的知名度,使上级和同行刮目相看;上级主管部门也通过媒介这条渠道了解下属的情况,并用来指导工作。这些,都是可以理解的。企业新闻的存在,对实际工作也产生过一定的积极作用。但有时也有这种情况:有的企业工作搞得很好,新闻媒介宣传却不多;有的企业工作搞得一般,却在新闻媒介上屡屡露面。这就看企业领导有没有宣传报道的意识,企业内有没有那么几支硬笔头,以及企业的公共关系手段等等。所以,仅仅从新闻媒介的报道来了解企业、评优评先进,指导工作,多少有点官僚主义。
