本文通过杭氧集团獐山钢瓶厂所存在的问题,指出了目前横向联营企业存在的主要矛盾:产销上升与效益下降、人才匮乏与科技进步、资金紧缺与三项资金占用过大、国有企业优势发挥与联营企业机制弱化、规模经济要求与规模偏小这五大矛盾。最后就如何解决这些矛盾提出了相应的对策。表1。 In this paper, through the problems existing in the Hangyang Group Lushan cylinder factory, we pointed out the main contradictions in current horizontal associates: rising production and sales, reduced efficiency, shortage of talents and technological advancement, shortage of funds, excessive use of three funds, and advantages of state-owned enterprises. The five major contradictions between the weakening of the mechanism of joint-venture enterprises and the requirement of scale economies and small scale have been brought into play. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed on how to resolve these contradictions. Table 1.
