压差补偿泵是一种能产生负压低脉冲的新型结构的抽油泵,又名负压脉冲深井采油泵。介绍了压差补偿泵的实验室试验结果及理论分析。根据试验数据,重点讨论了压差补偿泵空腔形成,瞬时打开后的动液面波动的全过程。试验证明,在模拟条件完全相同的情况下,压差补偿深井抽油泵的产液量远比普通深井抽油泵高,主要的增产理论依据是压差补偿泵在下冲程过程中,瞬时打开空腔所产生伯努利效应及负压脉冲效应。
Pressure compensation pump is a negative pressure can generate low-pulse pump of the new structure, also known as negative pressure pulse deep well pump. The experimental results and theoretical analysis of differential pressure compensation pump are introduced. According to the experimental data, the whole process of forming the cavity of differential pressure compensation pump and the fluctuation of dynamic liquid surface after instantaneous opening is discussed. The test proves that under the condition of exactly the same simulation, the pressure compensation of deep well pump is much higher than that of ordinary deep well pump. The main theoretical basis of stimulation is that the differential pressure compensation pump opens the cavity instantaneously during the down stroke Produces Bernoulli effect and negative pressure pulse effect.
