草甘膦农药被广泛地使用到农业产生和水域防治中,使得水环境中的农药残留带来潜在的健康危害。阿哈水库、红枫湖、百花湖是贵阳市三大饮用水源地,通过建立离子色谱法对贵阳地表水中草甘膦残留状况进行检测,对开展贵州省水环境研究具有重要意义。结果表明:草甘膦质量浓度为0.2~10 mg/L(n=5)线性范围内,物质标准曲线相关系数R~2为0.999 9。平均加标回收率(R)为0.9167%,和相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%。该方法样品前处理简便,灵敏度和准确度高,适合地表水中草甘膦的检测;在12个水样中,仅有1个水样检出,且草甘膦污染物含量均未超过国家规定的上限值。
