The former two belong to the western economic law module, which is the economic law under the condition of capitalism, while the latter is composed of the national economic law which is shifted from the planned economy to the market economy and has obvious transitional. These economic law modules have different development histories and different characteristics, but they both produce and interact with the economic development of modern society. In the long run, the economic laws of various modules will continue to approach the trend of convergence.
