目的：了解PreS1与HBVM和HBV DNA的关系及其临床应用价值。方法：对306例临床血清采用ELISA方法检测HBVM和PreS1,荧光定量PCR法检测HBV DNA。结果：中HBeAg阳性146例,其中前S1阳性1

目的：了解PreS1与HBVM和HBV DNA的关系及其临床应用价值。方法：对306例临床血清采用ELISA方法检测HBVM和PreS1,荧光定量PCR法检测HBV DNA。结果：中HBeAg阳性146例,其中前S1阳性127例阳性率88.1%,HBeAg阴性共160例,其中前s72例阳性率45%,HBeAg阴性血清160例前s多数存在于抗HBe阳性血清中,阳性率40.6%。结论：PreS1比HBeAg更能较好反映病毒存在和复制状态.HBVM、PreS1和HBV DNA联合检测,更有利于乙肝病情监测和疗效
