目前蓄电池行业大小企业并存,呈典型的垄断竞争性市场特征。在全社会日益重视环保的背景下,某蓄电池公司十分注意在管理中向员工融入风险意识,将风险管理融合到企业日常管理中,推行了基于自我诊断的风险动态管理模式。该模式融合了自我诊断和风险管理技术,对多变环境中驾驭风险具有一定指导作用。
At present, the coexistence of small and large enterprises in the battery industry, showing a typical monopoly competitive market characteristics. Under the background that the whole society pays more and more attention to environmental protection, a battery company has paid great attention to integrating risk awareness among its employees in the management, integrating risk management into daily management of the enterprise, and implementing a risk dynamic management mode based on self-diagnosis. This model incorporates self-diagnosis and risk management techniques and provides some guidance on managing risks in a changing environment.
