三辊行星轧制中,轧辊轧件接触区的分布是轧制力能参数的计算基础。在轧制过程中轧件的轴向延伸变形不可避免,这将直接影响到轧辊轧件接触区的分布。在已有的研究基础上,考虑到轧制过程中轧件轴向延伸变形的影响,运用理论分析得出了接触区的分布函数。给定轧制工艺参数,利用数值计算得到了轧辊轧件接触区分布的具体情况,结果显示,受到轧件轴向延伸的影响,轧辊轧件接触区变得更为狭窄。该结果不仅相比于已有的研究更加符合三辊行星轧制中的轧辊轧件实际的接触情况,还表明接触区的分布不仅只受到轧制常数、倾斜角、偏转角、轧辊转速和轧件进给速度的影响,同时还受到轧件的原始尺寸的影响。
In the three-roll planetary rolling, the distribution of the rolling contact area is the basis for calculating the rolling force energy parameters. In the rolling process of rolling the axial deformation is inevitable, which will have a direct impact on the rolling contact area distribution. Based on the existing research, considering the influence of the axial deformation of rolling during the rolling process, the distribution function of contact zone is obtained by theoretical analysis.
