目的探讨胃镜诊断早期胃癌临床表现及病理特点。方法指定1名具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床检查医师完成55例早期胃癌患者胃镜检查工作,记录胃镜诊断所得临床表现,于光镜下实施活检并记录病理特点。结果 55例早期胃癌患者发病部位大多位于胃窦(54.55%),胃镜检查表现凹陷型所占比例最高,为40例(72.73%),病理分型为管状腺癌所占比例最高,为31例(56.36%),对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论若患者经胃镜检查具有黏膜粗糙、触碰易出血、糜烂、灰白(透出血管纹)、斑片状充血等特点则需给予多方位活检确诊病情,提高此类患者诊断正确率,使其获得有效治疗,保障其疗效及预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of endoscopic diagnosis of early gastric cancer by gastroscope. METHODS: A clinical examiner with expertise and experience was assigned to complete endoscopy in 55 patients with early gastric cancer. The endoscopic findings of endoscopy were recorded. Biopsies were taken under light microscopy and pathological features were recorded. Results Most of the 55 cases of early gastric cancer were located in the antrum (54.55%). The highest proportion of depression was gastroscopy (40 cases, 72.73%). The highest proportion of pathological type was tubular adenocarcinoma (31 cases) (56.36%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion If gastroscopy with mucosal rough, easy to touch the bleeding, erosion, gray (revealed vascular pattern), patchy congestion and other characteristics are required to give multi-directional biopsy confirmed the diagnosis and improve the diagnostic accuracy of such patients to Access to effective treatment to ensure its efficacy and prognosis.
