本文报道用男性特异的Y-DNA探针对一例染色体核型为46,XY/47,XYY患儿所进行的DNA分析结果。应用限制性内切酶酶谱分析和DNA凝胶原位分子杂交技术,以及斑点杂交的放射强度测定,证实患者体内Y-特异DNA含量与Y染色体数目成正比。
This paper reports the results of DNA analysis performed on males with a karyotype of 46, XY / 47, and XYY using a male-specific Y-DNA probe. Using restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA in situ hybridization and radiometric determination of dot blot hybridization, it was confirmed that the amount of Y-specific DNA in the patient is proportional to the number of Y chromosomes.
