将 LD_(75)剂量大肠杆菌内毒素粗制品由静脉注入小鼠,内毒素注后半小时再山静脉注入不同药物。各药注入容量按体表面积相等。24小时动物存活率的结果是:以肝素、多巴胺与氟美松抗内毒素血症疗效较好,山茛菪碱疗效居中,以潘生丁、去甲肾上腺素疗效为差。在 H_1受体拮抗剂中,扑尔敏与苯海拉明具有抗内毒素血症作用,异丙嗪反而促进死亡。不同剂量肝素比较实验表明,在内毒索血症早期应和肝素时,似以小剂量为佳。
