足踝部外伤、感染、肿瘤等引起皮肤软组织缺损，常导致肌腱、骨关节的裸露，须行皮瓣进行修复。本院自1996年10月至2005年12月，应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣、胫后动脉内踝上皮支皮瓣，修复该类皮肤软组织缺损伤共56例，取得良好效果。报告如下。
