目前中国法治建设虽然已经取得了一系列成就,但辩护律师这一行业发展还是存在限制。且不说法律上对律师权利的限制,就是普通民众对律师这一职业角色的认识也存在误区。如律师应选择性辩护,律师应保守秘密等。如果对这些角色误解不能厘清,不利于辩护律师提供有效服务,更不利于律师行业及中国法治化建设的健康发展。 At present, although there have been a series of achievements in building the rule of law in China, there is still a limit to the development of defense lawyers in this industry.
