目的 观察经瞳孔温热疗法 (transpupillary thermotherapy,TTT)对中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎 (central exudative chorioretinopathy,CEC)的治疗效果。 方法 使用 Iris 810 nm半导体激光对 2 9例 CEC患者进行 TTT治疗 ,采用 1.2、2 .0及 3.0 mm光斑 ,能量 80~ 30 0 m W,照射时间 6 0 s。随访 4~ 4 0周 ,通过视力、直接检眼镜检查、荧光素眼底血管造影 (fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)及吲哚青绿血管造影 (indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)观察治疗效果。 结果 治疗后视力提高者 8例 ,占 2 8% ;无变化者 19例 ,占 6 5 % ;视力下降者 2例 ,占 7%。 12例患者症状有程度不同的改善 ,眼底检查病变减轻者10例。2 0例复查眼底血管造影的患者中 ,12例脉络膜新生血管 (choroidal neovascularization,CNV)明显消退、渗漏减轻。 结论 TTT对 CEC有较好的治疗效果
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) on central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC). Methods Twenty-nine patients with CEC underwent TTT treatment with Iris 810 nm semiconductor laser with 1.2, 2.0 and 3.0 mm spot size, energy ranged from 80 to 300 mW and irradiation time of 60 s. The patients were followed up for 4 ~ 40 weeks. The therapeutic effects were observed by visual acuity, direct ophthalmoscopy, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). Results After treatment, 8 cases improved visual acuity, accounting for 28%; no change in 19 cases, accounting for 65%; visual acuity in 2 cases, accounting for 7%. Twelve patients had different degrees of improvement in their symptoms, and 10 had reduced fundus examination. Among 20 patients underwent angiography, 12 cases of choroidal neovascularization (CNV) subsided and the leakage was relieved. Conclusion TTT has a good therapeutic effect on CEC
