目的:观察滋阴升白汤治疗放、化疗所致恶性肿瘤患者骨髓抑制的近期疗效及改善一般状况的情况。方法:治疗组恶性肿瘤放、化疗患者服用滋阴升白汤,连续运用7天,对照组无相应治疗,分别观察第3、5、7天患者外周血象变化及一般状况改善情况。结果:滋阴升白汤显著提高恶性肿瘤患者外周血象并改善一般状况。结论:滋阴升白汤增加机体免疫力,对抗放化疗所导致的骨髓抑制,改善患者生存质量,值得在临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the short-term efficacy and the general condition of bone marrow suppression in patients with malignant tumor caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy by Ziyin Shengbai decoction. Methods: The patients in the treatment group were given radix yin l Bai decoction for 7 days and the control group received no corresponding treatment. The changes of the peripheral blood and the general condition of the patients on the 3rd, 5th and 7th days were observed respectively. Results: Ziyin Shengbai Tang significantly improve the peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumors and improve the general condition. Conclusion: Ziyin Shengbai Decoction can increase body immunity, antagonize the myelosuppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth to be used clinically.
