孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取支气管哮喘患者80例,随机分对照组和观察组,每组各40例。观察组予以孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗,对照组仅予以布地奈德治疗。疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前和治疗后肺功能变化、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及临床疗效。结果两组患者经过治疗后肺功能FEV1、MMEF、PEF均明显上升(P<0.05),观察组较对照组上升更明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者EOS计数均下降明显(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组相比下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘可有效改善患者的肺功能,降低EOS计数,疗效确切,并能有效的控制哮喘的发作。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium and budesonide, while the control group only with budesonide. The course of treatment is 8 weeks. The changes of pulmonary function, eosinophil count and clinical efficacy in both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the pulmonary function FEV1, MMEF and PEF were significantly increased in both groups (P <0.05). The observation group was more obvious than the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate (95%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%) (P <0.05). After treatment, EOS count of both groups decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of monastal sodium and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve lung function, reduce EOS count, curative effect is exact, and can effectively control the onset of asthma.
