目的观察阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity Creactive protein,hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(serum amyloid A,SAA)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)因子的影响。方法回顾性分析浙江衢化医院2014年1月~2015年1月期间收治的确诊为2型糖尿病的患者共50例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组给予注射胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予阿卡波糖治疗,均治疗1个月,记录2组患者IL-6、降钙素、hs-CRP、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、TNF-α因子情况。结果观察组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后降钙素、hs-CRP、SAA均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的IL-6、降钙素、hs-CRP、SAA、TNF-α等因子有一定改善作用。

Conclusion Acarbose can improve the levels of IL-6, calcitonin, hs-CRP, SAA and TNF-α in type 2 diabetic patients.
