本文探讨了转向架构架设计基本规范JIS的概况及其存在的问题。就必要的寿命预测方法进行了探讨,提出了利用累计损伤度来预测其疲劳寿命的方案。探讨了行车条件对转向架工作应力频率分布的影响及行车条件变化时推测寿命的可能性。
This article explores the basic specifications of bogie frame design JIS and its existing problems. The necessary life prediction method is discussed, and a scheme of using the cumulative damage degree to predict its fatigue life is proposed. The influence of driving conditions on the stress frequency distribution of bogie and the possibility of estimating life expectancy when driving conditions change are discussed.
