体内~(31)P磁共振频谱(~(31)P—MRS)既可测定细胞内低能含磷代谢物,如磷酸单脂(PME)及磷酸二酯(PDE);也可测定高能代谢物,如三磷酸核苷(NTP),包括ATP、磷酸肌酸(Pcr)及无机磷(Pi)。 一例限局性晚期乳腺癌患者,每日服三苯氧胺20mg,尔后行联合化疗。用1.5T Siemens磁共振全身扫描器作频谱来监测,获得肿瘤单独的频谱资料,通过对称lorentzian分布进行峰形分析。
In vivo ~(31)P magnetic resonance spectroscopy (~(31)P-MRS) can measure both low-energy metabolites of phosphorus in cells, such as monoesters of phosphate (PME) and phosphodiester (PDE); it can also measure high-energy metabolites. Such as nucleoside triphosphate (NTP), including ATP, creatine phosphate (Pcr) and inorganic phosphorus (Pi). One patient with limited local breast cancer received tamoxifen 20 mg daily and then combined with chemotherapy. Spectra were monitored with a 1.5T Siemens magnetic resonance whole body scanner to obtain individual spectral data of the tumors, and peak shape analysis was performed using a symmetric lorentzian distribution.
